The Sun lounge

The first room that you enter, with a bright colourful Mediterranean feel, enforced with the quarry-tiled floor, warm from under floor heating. Here you will find two sofas’s to relax on and enjoy the stunning views from the windows across to the Oykel river and the hills beyond. A dining room table and chairs seating six is also located here, perfect to eat and watch the spectacular sunrises and sunsets, and view the wide range of birds and wildlife in the garden. Here you will also find two visitors guides; one with all the information needed to enjoy your stay and find your way around Invercassley cottage, the other a guide to places to visit locally which we ask all our guests to fill in their personal recommendations. A portable radio/CD player is also provided. A small hallway to the left leads to the lounge and shower room.
