COVID 19 Terms and Conditions at Invercassley Cottage Annex.

  • Please be aware that any bookings to our annex are dependent on Covid-19 regulations at the time of your booking allowing travel to mainland Scotland and our region.
  • If you have COVID 19 symptoms do not travel to Invercassley Cottage. If you do arrive with symptoms, you will be asked to leave and return to your home.
  • If you develop COVID 19 when staying you must declare it to the host and return home immediately. You will not be allowed to isolate in the B&B. You will be liable to pay costs associated with your stay.
  • On booking, you will be required to give your full home address and full names of all members of your group for track and trace purposes.
  • There is no requirement for you to wear face coverings in the property unless you wish to. The hosts will wear face coverings and maintain social distancing whenever they enter the guest annex.
  • Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance to the annex and in the guest lounge. Please use whenever entering or leaving the annex.
  • Between guests, all rooms and surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized and soft furnishings and carpets steam cleaned. All bedding, mattress/pillow protectors and towels will be washed on a hot wash temperature. All duvets and pillows will be changed, disinfected, and not used for 72 hrs. Rooms will be thoroughly aired between guests stays.
  • Tea, coffee etc is provide in rooms but will be replaced between stays.
  • To minimize contact during your stay, the balance for your trip is requested to be paid 24hrs before arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal, or over the phone by credit /debit card.
  • Invercassley Cottage will not be held responsible if you develop COVID 19 as you are entering, staying, and travelling at your own risk.
  • Check-in is between 4pm & 9pm. Please do not arrive before this time to allow us time to clean accommodation between guests stays.
  • Hosts have completed the Visit Scotland “ Good to Go” Covid-19 compliance training.
  • As we are following Scottish Government guidance, these terms are subject to change and we will update you with any changes that may affect your stay. We will do our utmost to protect you from the virus, and we hope that you will do the same for your hosts.
